Micah Claire's Minnie Mouse Party!!!!!

Micah Claire's 4th birthday is still a week away but we had her party today. Her birthday is always on Labor Day weekend and her friends are usually out of town and can't make her party; so this year we moved it up so they could all come.IDK why this picture is sideways...uhhh.. but anyways I was super proud of myself and MC for making these Minnie Mouse invitations. It took a lot longer to get it all together and get it made so we only had time to make them for the kidos at school. MC was so proud of them! We glittered all the kids' names on the ears of the invitations.

This morning Ms. Brandi delivered our super cute Minnie Mouse cake! Thanks Ms. Brandi it was PERFECT and YUMMY!!!!!

She couldn't wait to get near it!

And she LOVED the super cute Minnie Mouse Ms. Tracy made her!Me and my soon-to-be 4 year old!!!Daddy and she favorite big girl!We had hot pink, black and white tissue balls on the tables (big thanks to Ms. Meredith for making them for us!!!).And I even made this Happy Birthday Minnie Mouse banner. I know it's nothing fancy... but for me to do anything creative and it turn out even kinda cute.... is a freaking miracle! The present table And the food table

Family picture! (Kinley was up last night from 2:30am to 5am so she was super tired and slept for over an hour and missed the family pic)

MC and her Mimi

MC and cousin Colton

and cousin Emily!

And of course Ms. Kayln.... MC's best buddy!

And a group shot; such a sweet and cute group of kidos!

Then it was time for cake and ice cream.... what MC had been waiting for since 6am this morning!

Such concentration and dedication to getting those candles blown out!

After opening presents........it was time for the Pinata!!! Micah Claire has been waiting for this moment since she busted open her Zebra pinata last year.

Maggie Grace getting her turn

And then Jace

And then Cooper; I love this pic;he was sooo into it!

And little Ms. Georgia Kate took a sweet, soft little swing at it

And then Taylor gave it go

All the little kidos got two turns and then we let the bigger girls have at it. When that pinata busted and candy went flying those kids went nuts squealing and screaming; it was truly priceless!

MC couldn't wait to get her Minnie Mouse balloons in her room!

And then moments later...... she crashed for 2 1/2 hours!

She got two super cute pair of pj's and she couldn't wait to put one pair on tonight and she told me she would wear her other one tomorrow night!

Thanks to all our wonderful friends and family for helping us celebrate Micah Claire's 4th birthday!

47 week pics

OMG only 6 weeks till she's officially one year old....HOLY COW!!!!!

Getting Ms Kinley Bugs to sit still these days for a picture is just about impossible. She is non-stop and into EVERYTHING!!!! I no more sat her down than she was off...
To her zebra. This week she has learned to get on it and make the music play.

Look at this baby's hair.... all of it... it's so long! I am sooooo torn. I know she needs a hair cut but I hate to do it before her first birthday and her pictures.

Thursday night she got a hold of her first corn on the cob. I really didn't expect her to be able to eat it..... but good lordy she went to town on it and then a second one.
She cleaned both cobs up!

We started using a real tooth brush this week and she loved it! She now loves to brush her teeth a million times a day.

Lost but Found after a long weekend

When Kinley started her new daycare this summer there were only a few babies there, but since school as started back there are a bunch more in there. More kids equals more excitement but less nap time. She usually takes 2 big naps a day, but all last week she only got one a day in. She was just too busy playing with all the new babies to get that second nap in. And though she was a peach at daycare she feel apart when she got home and wanted to go to bed at 6:30pm and then was up at 5:45 am. It was more than exhausting for this momma; let me tell ya! At any given moment she would just have a melt down. Exhibit A.... meltdown for 46 week picsBut it didn't take long for her to dry her tears up and give me smile! And she even blew me a few kisses too!And Friday afternoon Micah Claire finally got a hair cut! She has been begging me for months to let her get her hair cut off and I just couldn't do it. So we finally compromised and got about 4 inches cut off. Now she's back to begging me let her get her ears pierced.... but I just can't do it yet!Friday night we headed to Badger Stadium for Meet the Badgers! MC got to sport her new badger cheerleading uniform...she was more than excited about it!My little girl.....just isn't so little anymore

She had a blast jumping in the bouncy house and she only came out of it to..........

see to her Andrea! She also got to watch Andrea and the drill team perform for the very first time and she LOVED it too!

After Andrea performed we had to cut out... it was just to dang hot for me... I mean Kinley to be sitting outside. So, we headed to poppa's shop for some dinner. Kinley has totally fallen in love with MC's old tricycle!

Poppa got to feed Cooper a bottle while we were there; We sure to love this little boy!

Then after we got home and had a bath.....yet another melt down
Saturday we headed Cooper's party at jump zone in Benton

Couldn't help but post these sweet pics of my girls! We all had a blast at this place; even Kinley had a great time playing in some of the small bouncy houses!

After the party we headed Target and had a fun but exhausting afternoon of shopping. And poor Kinley bugs was give out. Sunday at 9AM she went down for her usual 30-40 nap and slept till almost 11:30. Dad and MC went to church alone while I stayed home with her. When she woke up she was FINALLY back to her happy self! Then at 2 she took another 2.5 hour nap and all charged up and ready to go!

We spent the rest of the evening at Nana and Poppa's. Kinley got her first wagon ride and she loved every minute of it!

L-O-V-E This pic!!!!
Kinley even had fun playing (and sometimes eating) the sidewalk chalk!

They say actions speak louder than words.... and this picture proves it! When Shawn and I got married and moved to Louisiana for a few years, it was our time to grow, to learn, and mesh our lives. But when we moved back it was for family! We are so very blessed that my mom, Stan, My dad, and Ms.Debbie love our children more than anything in this world. They truly have made their grandchildren the center of their worlds. They don't take a second for grant it and they enjoy the simple everyday moments with them!
